Darci, Clayton, & Addisyn
This session was storytelling at the absolute finest. If I’m being honest, we spent most of the session letting Addisyn lead the way, which is often how the best of memories are captured. I hope you enjoy scrolling through this story as much as I enjoyed capturing it.
Ashley & Chad
Ashley, Chad, and I spent a Saturday afternoon wandering through the beautiful Echo Valley Provincial Park, nestled in the Qu’Appelle Valley. We lucked out with one of the warmest days of this Saskatchewan winter, which allowed us to truly take our time and intentionally explore new spots throughout the park, while capturing love and sharing laughs.
Katie & Conlin
I am always utterly flattered to be invited out to capture memories for Katie and Conlin. They are the sweetest pair, and truly share a genuine love for the ages. It was a bitter cold day, but we toughed it out and capture this wonderful gallery for them.
Joran - Self Love
It was an absolute honour capturing these images for Joran. Her smile and personality are infectious. We shared so much laughter, and it was so nice to see a mom taking time to celebrate and treasure herself.
Payton & Dallas
I am always utterly flattered to be invited out to capture memories for Katie and Conlin. They are the sweetest pair, and truly share a genuine love for the ages. It was a bitter cold day, but we toughed it out and capture this wonderful gallery for them.
Jalisa & Mitchell
Spending time capturing my clients in the Qu’Appelle Valley is one of my most favourite things to do. The vastness and beauty of the valley is immense in all seasons, but especially in the fall. Jalisa and Mitchell introduced me to some beautiful new spots, and we soaked up the last of fall in the valley capturing these moments for them.
Powell/Sawchuk Family
This session was full to the brim with energy. These kiddos kept us on our toes the whole time, and we were able to capture so many fun, playful memories for this family to cherish for years to come.
Holly + Sean
You know those one of a kind, effortless, soulful kind of loves? That is precisely what Holly and Sean have. We wandered down overgrown gravel roads to capture their love alongside their cute doggo. Could not have asked for a better session to kick off the fall.
Greysin - Self Love
Sometimes a gal just needs to celebrate herself, for herself. Greysin and I spent this early September evening wandering through the crops at sunset- just days before they were harvested. This session was a celebration of Greysin, and this new chapter of her life.
Cassidy - Graduation
Cassidy invited me out to her family farm to capture grad photos with her. We included all the farm equipment and the beautiful Sask sunset. What a pleasure to capture photos that are so unique and reflective of one’s personality.
The Rathgebers’
When I was asked to capture this special day I was beyond thrilled. Charlie and Logan are two of the kindest souls I have ever known. Spending the day laughing alongside them and their closest people was nothing short of an honour.
Alyssa - Graduation
Alyssa wanted a mix of casual and formal for her grad photos. She also wanted to add some classic Sask charm, so we invited the cows to join, haha! I love how each grad session comes to life and showcases the unique soul of each person as they transition into adulthood.
Kaitlyn & Carson
One of my absolute favourite sessions of the summer. Matching palominos, the breathtaking prairie landscape, a pair of lovers- I don’t think it gets much better.
Kaleb - Graduation
Kaleb’s graduation was so fun to capture. Football was the focus, and we got to include his family and friends in the fun. Excitement was in the air as we chatted about him heading off to play college football in the fall. Wishing him all the best in his future, I know he will shine bright in whatever he does!
The Karchas’
This wedding was perfection from top to bottom. The day ran so smoothly it was almost unbelievable. With every timeless detailed carefully chosen and created by the bride, the day was full of so much love, laughter, joy and fun.
Sydnee - Self Love
Sydnee came to me seeking a mentorship, and I was beyond thrilled to spend the day with her. We started off by sharing coffee and talking photography, moved into capturing headshots downtown for Sydnee, and ended the afternoon capturing a beautiful western maternity session.
The Rusnak Family
The Rusnaks’. A family of three, soon to become four. A mentee and I spent the evening amidst the cows under the big prairie sky with this charming family.
Megan & Kyle
Megan and Kyle were an absolute dream to work alongside. We made beautiful film-inspired imagery on an abandoned pavement road just on the outskirts of town.
Amanda & Jeremy
A beautiful Saturday spent with this kind-hearted couple in their downtown Saskatoon apartment was exactly what my soul needed.
Pauleen & Scott
Pauleen and Scott’s wedding day unravelled wonderfully. They were surrounded by their close family and friends on one of the nicest days of the fall. It was a pleasure to be part of.
I’m not in it to stage a perfect moment. That’s not me - never has been.
I’m in this industry to capture authentic moments as they unfold.
That’s what I promise to do during your session. I don’t promise to stage you and pose you until ever last finger and toe look “right.”
But I do promise to seek out the perfect moments happening organically around you, and to preserve them in time.
That’s my job. That’s what I’m here for.
